We have not had the best experience in the past few years renting condos at Tremblant, so we really appreciated this unit along with your excellent service, guidance, responsiveness and follow up after we booked online. This weekend, we went to spend a weekend in Tremblant. We stayed at Tremblant-les-Eaux, which was very clean and well located. On Saturday we decided to stay from Sunday to Monday, but our condo was already rented. I contacted your concierge and he found us another condo, L’Étoile du matin. We had excellent service with your concierge, a dedicated man André L.

Great 3 bedroom suite
We visited Mont Tremblant with two other families and the 3 bedroom suite was great. Although the rooms were little small but the kitchen and living room offered great and comfortable space. The unit was in pretty good condition, it was very clean. It's basically a full 3-bedroom condo with full kitchen and everything. Indoor parking is provided, the stairs take you right to your suite. You also get a patio deck with a full size BBQ burner. There is a lift that's right outside of our suite but it was summer when we visited so it's irrelevant, but it was running but I'm not sure where it takes you. This place is located about 5 minute drive from the village, definitely not walking distance. But it's like a 5 minute walk to the casino. If you look at Google satellite, the casino is right behind the hotel. The drive to the village was nothing but of course if you want the best experience then staying in the village is better but can cost more. There is basically nothing around the hotel as it's completely dead and dark at night. Don't be surprise if you see a few deers in the grass area. September 2016 - Elysium Étoile du Matin

Absolutely beautiful!!!
We loved this place. Great for skiers because there is a lift right outside your door, literally ski-in-ski-out! Just a few feet away from the Casino and the deer sightings!!!! They come up to you so bring lots of red apples, carrots and they love Social Tea cookies! The place was very clean, quiet, and oh the BBQ's!!! A must! August 2016 - Elysium Étoile du Matin

Thank you so much for making our stay amazing and comfortable. We loved the house, the mountain and the beautiful village. We even almost figured out the cold. Duncan, our ski instructor, was very helpful and patient with us and enabled us to get quite a few runs in. All of you went out of your way to accommodate us. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for accommodating us at Elysium@Plateau this past week-end. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for making one of your luxury units available for me and my family last weekend at Tremblant. A good time was had by everyone. This weekend served as a retreat for me in that we got out of the usual routine surrounded by loving family from all sides. Good morning Kamal, Don't know if you remember me but we usually see each other once a year with the Cortina Labour Day golf getaway group. I also personally booked with you last year at the Elysium@Legendes for my 20th wedding anniversary. Did not get to see you this year because of a slight change of accommodation. What a mistake! Also I would like to tell you how wonderful Alain was in taking care of all our needs. He was terrific. At Christmas I stayed at a Unit with Rendez-Vous Tremblant. Would never stay with them again. I would like to express our satisfaction with our stay at Tremblant Elysium on Jan 13-15, 2012.. Most importantly we were most satisfied with Joel's (our concierge person), immediate attentiveness and knowledge. He helped us very much and responded immediately to the issue that we had with the shortage of hot water; he remained on the issue until it was solved, Given our positive experience with the services and the cottage, we will refer others to Tremblant Elysium. Just wanted you to know how very much we enjoyed our stay at Panache no 762. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. My birthday cake was in the frig as promised (and it as beautiful and delicious) and our consierge, Richard, was most charming and helpful. It certainly was a 75th that my whole family will remember - and for me, the best birthday ever!! The time flew by and the weekend was over far too quickly. We had such a wonderful time at Elysium@Panache! This is the 4th year that we have traveled to Mont Tremblant for this weekend and your accommodations were by far the best. I don’t think that we will ever want to stay anywhere else! The ski in ski out locations could not have been better for us and especially our young children. Absolutely perfect weekend! Had my company's Christmas party in Mont Tremblant Quebec (2 hours north from Ottawa) this year. We wanted something different where we can spend quality time together, not in our individual hotel rooms and still feel pampered in a luxurious setting. Found it!!! Elysium@Panache... From the moment we entered the front door we knew this was going to be a great weekend. Four bedroom unit with a huge living room, dining room that can seat 10... Fabulous kitchen... den... two fireplaces... personal hot tub outside the back patio with a view. The staff took care of all and any requests and made us feel like we were the most important people staying there that weekend. We took advantage of the concierge service to get our groceries and refreshments for us ahead of time... When we arrived everything was in the fridge... just like home. On Saturday night they had organized for a chef to come in for a private dinner... Once again... perfection! And all the little details... they have it covered, from kitchen instruments, saran wrap and first aid kits! The units are very well furnished and decorated, luxurious yet cozy... no one wanted to leave on Sunday. From the early check in to late checkout they have a wonderful concept and I am booking our Christmas party again next year at Elysium @ Panache.
