Maintaining our properties

We are meticulous in maintaining the quality of the accommodation under the Tremblant Elysium brand. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams operate to a planned schedule (and of course are on call should you need immediate help). Each unit is inspected before your arrival and signed off by our supervising staff. Your vacation home is professionally rejuvenated by Menage Vert prior to your arrival using environmentally friendly products.

We care about your comfort and well-being. We understand how important your vacation is to you. And we want you to come back. These three simple statements motivate us to provide you with the best service possible. All members of the Tremblant Elysium team understand their importance in guiding the operations of our company from the administrative service, to the concierge and the housekeeping employees.

The Elysium Privileges

You will often hear a member of our team say that we are not in the rental business, we are in the vacation experience business. With this in mind, we created the Elysium Convenience Plus service. For your convenience, there is no check-in at a Front Desk with Tremblant Elysium. We operate on a self-service basis, with a keyless system. A personal access code gives direct entry to you unit. Also, we know how travelling with little ones can be challenging at times. This is why we are providing you with complimentary baby equipment, to help lighten the load. Another example: the Versant Soleil ski lift is sometimes closed due to bad weather. This is disappointing if you are staying at Étoile du Matin. Unless you book with Elysium @ Étoiles du Matin? Because we provide you with a complimentary VIP parking pass at Versant Sud!
