---Age Restriction--

Tremblant Elysium requires that at least one guest per vacation home reserved be a minimum of 25 years or older and provide a valid credit card to secure the reservation and the deposit.

--Check-in and check-out times--

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

--Smoking--

Tremblant Elysium offers a complete smoke free environment.

--Pets--

Please note that pets are strictly forbidden in all the Elysium residences.

--Housekeeping--

Each Tremblant Elysium vacation home is professionally rejuvenated after each departure only, by our sister company Ménage Vert which utilizes only the finest products to rejuvenate our homes.

--Complimentary baby equipment during your stay--

High chairs, booster chairs, playpen, strollers and bed rails are upon request and subject to availability.

--Security Deposit--

A pre-authorized security deposit of $1000 will be taken at check in.

--Deposit and payment policy--

- A deposit of 50% of the stay is due upon booking.
- Balance will be taken 14 days before arrival.
* Note that for stays from December 16 to January 6 the balance is taken 30 days prior arrival.

--Cancellation & Modification Policy--

Cancellations / Modification up to 15 days prior to arrival :
-will receive complete refund minus 10 % administration fee of the total amount of reservation.
Cancellations / Modification within 7 days to 14 days prior to arrival :
- will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reservation.
--Cancellations / Modification 6 days and less prior to arrival :
-will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
***EXCEPTIONS*** Holiday Period: December 16 to January 6
Cancellations / Modification up to 45 days prior to arrival :
- will receive complete refund minus 10 % administration fee of the total amount of reservation.
Cancellations / Modification within 31 to 44 days prior to arrival :
-will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reservation.
Cancellations / Modification 30 days and less prior to arrival :
-will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

--No Shows--

No shows are regarded as cancellation and will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

--Taxes--

- 5% GST (TPS)
- 9.975% QST (TVQ)
- 3.5% Tremblant Resort Association Royalty tax
- Lodging tax of 3.5% per overnight stay is included in your vacation Home rate
